In this plot, a mysterious disease has begun unleashing chaos across the world, mutating ordinary humans into crazed, bloodthirsty monsters. In EvilSlayer, you are put in the shoes of a protagonist disposing of enemies through bullet-hell attacks while snatching upgrades to fortify his arsenal. Keep fighting until your HP hits zero, then retreat to the base again, upgrade your skills, and leap back into battle.
