Daemon X Machina Titanic Scion throws an action-packed mech battle game at the player while they assume the role of a pilot controlling an advanced combat suit called an Arsenal. Nuclear fast-paced fights, with elements of customization and exploration, form a marriage in the big sci-fi canvas.
To me, the first thing I noticed was how fast the combat was. You are either zooming, flying, or dashing in combat-and it feels so fluid. One second you’re airborne, and the next you’re on the ground dodging enemy fire during a battle.
Highlights
Custom Arsenal
Your Arsenal is fully customizable. You can swap out weapons, armor, or its entire exterior look. I spent a long time just experimenting with different weapon sets to see what worked best for me.
Giant Battles
Boss fights are the real characters here. Some of them are massive machines that take a lot to defeat. Soloing is hard enough, but the experience really shines when I get to tear things down with people online.
Exploration
The game has left many methods open in terms of progression. You can progress on foot, in the sky, or over several terrains. That is something I liked; sometimes, I just wanted to wander and explore instead of fight.
Multiplayer
If you would rather not do everything on your own, co-op is an option with friends. I much preferred it with two buddies; it felt faster and not as painful.

Gameplay Experience
Playing Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion makes you feel like an action star in a futuristic anime. Mechs are flamboyant in their designs, and battles are always intense. I spent the first few hours playing solo before switching to co-op since skirmishes with giant bosses would have been nearly impossible alone.
The greatest fun was customizations. I tried different weapon setups until I found what worked best for me. Using the weapons from enemies after defeating them was also quite a thrill since it always meant I was trying something different.
