Across Gloom – System Breach
In this game, you are a small robot cast within an enormous sci-fi shutting-down system. Your purpose? To bring it back to life. It’s a third-person 3D action-adventure where you go through the world, reactivating systems, fighting enemy robots, and collecting electronic components to power systems.
That is not all – a small robot will assist you by giving directions on what you should do next. Further exploration will open up new zones, each with distinct visuals, enemies, and puzzles. It is not only a combat-focused game, but also requires thinking and solving puzzles to progress.
The graphics are atmospheric with smooth lighting, reflections, and shadows bringing the world to life. Graphics modes can be switched seamlessly, along with optional raytracing as an enhancement for visual quality if one’s computer supports it.
Gameplay will comprise melee combat, exploration, platforming, and puzzles to make the new areas accessible.
