A Kingdom Hearts Memory of Melody Review
Kingdom Hearts Memory of Melody is an adventurous take on combining rhythmic and action mechanics. It consists of many characters from the Kingdom Hearts series that can be played as. Some stages even feature Disney characters that jump in to assist you. This is special if you grew up watching Disney movies.
The real treat in this game is the music. Replay the top tracks from the series to smash Heartless with over 140 different tracks from Kingdom Hearts and Disney. The Hollow Bastion track was my favorite, as it reminded me of the first time I explored that world many years ago. Some seriously great jams played when rocking out in headphones.
You can play solo or invite a friend for co-op. Being able to fight alongside Sora with Donald and Goofy is exactly what any long-time player would expect from the series.

My Experience
I played the game on my mid-range PC and it ran quite alright. I was worried about the rhythm mechanics since timing is a little off for my taste, but after a few stages, this thing seriously became fun. Playing through familiar Disney tunes felt really nostalgic. I embarrassedly smiled when Goofy jumped into a tough stage. Having fun in co-op mode is even greater if you have a friend who is into the series.
