When I first tried Night Swarm, I didn’t expect it to grab me this quickly. It has a dark, vampire-themed world where you play as a young vampire lord still gaining power. The game is filled with intense fights, plenty of abilities, and waves of enemies that keep coming nonstop. If you like roguelite games with a lot of action, this one is a lot of fun.
Face The Corrupted Hordes
The game sends endless groups of werewolves at you. These creatures are wild and angry, charging at you from all sides. You stand there as the vampire lord, trying to survive the night while they push in harder. I got surrounded the first time and panicked a bit, but it made the game more thrilling.
Rule Your Castle And Build Your Strength
Inside your castle, there are NPC friends who help you get stronger. There’s a Talent Shop for shaping your build and an Item Shop to prepare for the next run. Each time you start a run, you get new upgrades that slowly change how your character feels. I enjoyed experimenting with different talents because sometimes a small change makes the entire run easier.
Awaken Hidden Powers With Your Gold
You can activate old totems by giving them some of your gold. It feels like a small sacrifice, but the skills and scrolls you unlock are worth it. Some upgrades completely changed how quickly I defeated enemies. Once I unlocked a power that increased my damage, the whole game felt smoother.
Grow Into The Vampire Lord
As you play more, you get stronger and unlock companions who fight alongside you. These small helpers really make a difference when there are too many enemies. The more your name spreads in the game world, the more powerful friends you can summon. It makes you feel like you are becoming a real vampire leader.
